Before using the plastic crusher
1. Before starting, the transmission wheel should be manually moved one or two turns to confirm its flexibility before starting the machine. Wait for the crusher to operate normally before feeding.
2. Before stopping the operation, the feeding should be stopped and the materials in the machine should be drained before cutting off the power supply of the motor.
3. During operation, it is important to pay attention to the temperature of the bearings, ensure that they maintain good lubrication, and check for any abnormalities in sound and vibration. When abnormal situations are discovered, the vehicle should be stopped to check if it is stuck by non fragile objects or if the machinery is damaged.
4. To maintain uniform feeding of the crusher and prevent overload. Strictly prevent unbreakable objects such as metal and wood from falling into the machine. When unable to break, the moisture content of the feed should not be too high; When wet crushing, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate amount of water to prevent blockage due to insufficient flushing and reduce production capacity.
5. Check if the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, the cause should be identified (such as large gaps in the sieve, wide discharge ports, hammer wear, etc.), and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate them.
6. When the crusher is stopped, it is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the degree of wear on the parts that are prone to wear. For the tooth crusher, it is also necessary to use the parking opportunity to remove the wood sandwiched between the teeth.
7. Worn parts should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
8. The safety device of the crusher should be kept in good condition and must not be invalidated for the sake of convenience.
After the plastic crusher is turned on
1. The plastic crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for long-term operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; If a plastic crusher is required for mobile operation, the unit should be installed on a machine base made of angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the belt pulley groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane.
2. After the installation of the plastic crusher, it is necessary to check the fastening condition of all fasteners. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.
3. Before starting the plastic crusher, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer blades, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good.
4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in order to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high a speed, or to reduce the efficiency of the crusher due to too low a speed.
5. After starting the plastic crusher, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work. Firstly, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; Secondly, do not overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.
